Conceptual Issues in fMRI Interpretation
an interdisciplinary workshop at
the University of Guelph
May 22-24, 2009

The Guelph workshop brought together Canadian and international scholars who specialize in neuroimaging, philosophy of science and mind, science and technology studies, and neuroethics. The objective of the workshop was to share recent developments in these fields, to identify topics for collaborative research, and to establish a common vocabulary for mutual understanding. Invited speakers have been carefully selected as leading experts in their respective fields who demonstrate an ability to communicate with an interdisciplinary audience.
